SCREENING (the first step)
Our clinicians will carefully inspect the hair and scalp. If an active case of head lice is confirmed and a treatment plan is chosen using the AirAlle medical device, the screening fee is waived. Because lice spread quickly through a household, it is very important that all family members are checked once an active case has been confirmed.

Signature AirAllé® Treatment
This is our most popular and most effective lice treatment. It is a 3-step process which includes a 30-minute AirAlle treatment, a 30-60 minute comb-out to remove the dead lice and eggs and an oil application at the end. There is a $25 extra fee per hour after 2 hours of treatment is reached, this is not a usual occurrence, and usually is only needed for extra long hair.
This 3-step full service treatment option ensures that you will leave lice free with no follow up needed. With a success rate of over 99%, we are so confident you will leave lice free, we offer you a 30 day re-treatment policy* provided if all members of the family have been checked for head lice in our clinic and treated as necessary. ($5 head checks per household member with purchase of the Signature).
*In the unlikely event of treatment failure, we will re-treat you for FREE!
EXPRESS AIRALLÉ® TREATMENT
This option includes a 30-minute AirAllé® treatment and a 10-minute comb-out to remove some of the dead lice and dehydrated eggs. This is a budget minded option for those who want the professional heated air treatment but are committed to completing additional combing and oil applications at home. We do not offer our re-treatment policy for this service.
COMB-OUT TREATMENT
We do not recommend the AirAlle treatment for children under the age of 4 or for our clients whom the AirAlle is contraindicated. In these cases, we recommend a strand by strand traditional comb-out to remove lice eggs using our non-toxic products.
This option includes the following: We comb the hair on day 1 in our clinic which includes an oil application after the comb out service. This also requires a purchase of take home oil that you will use at home based on what your clinician suggests (typically 2 days). We offer you a 30 day re-treatment policy provided if all members of the family have been checked for head lice in our clinic and treated as necessary. ($5 head checks per household member with purchase of the Comb Out).

DO-IT-YOURSELF LICE REMOVAL KIT
Our most affordable treatment option! We provide all the topical treatment products you will need, a professional lice comb, and detailed instructions on how to properly perform the comb-out. Since most parents are not experienced at lice-removal, to ensure all the lice are removed will take substantially more time than a professional treatment. The parent will need to perform several follow-up procedures during the next 11 days.
